This policy explains what almanacofthegods.com (the "Site"), run by Gancanagh LLC, collects and why. We collect as little as we can.
Reading the Site
You can read the Site without an account. We do not set tracking cookies or run analytics at present. Like every website, our host (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, pages requested and browser type, for security and troubleshooting. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and the globe loads map data from our own server; when fonts load, Google receives your IP address under Google's privacy policy.
Sending us a photo
If you use a photo form, we receive the photo, the name you choose to be credited under, your note and the date you give. We re-save every photo, which removes hidden data such as GPS location and camera details. To stop spam, we keep a one-way scrambled code made from your IP address, not the address itself. Photos wait for review and appear on the Site only if approved; declined photos are deleted. You can ask us to delete your photo and details at any time by emailing gancanaghllc@gmail.com.
If you email us, we keep your message and address only to reply and to keep a record of requests such as takedowns.
Ads and affiliate links
We do not run ads today. If we add advertising or affiliate programs, those partners may use cookies to show ads and credit referrals. We will update this policy before that happens and, where the law requires, ask for your consent.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

You can ask to see, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing gancanaghllc@gmail.com. We will answer within 30 days.
